Shipping
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your parcel is on the way.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100, otherwise $10.
- Express Shipping: $20 with estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.
International shipping rates
- New Zealand: $25
- USA & Canada: $35
- UK & Europe: $40
- Asia Pacific: $30
Returns
30-day return policy
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to inspection.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required.
- Returns must be initiated within the policy window.

Warranty
12-month manufacturing warranty
Sanyata provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is covered
- Faulty clasps, settings, or structural workmanship issues.
- Manufacturing defects identified under normal wear.
What is not covered
- General wear and tear, scratches, or accidental damage.
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper care.
- Repairs or modifications completed by third-party jewellers.
Lifetime cleaning service
We offer a complimentary lifetime cleaning service to help keep your Sanyata jewellery looking radiant.
