Shipping

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your parcel is on the way.

Domestic shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100, otherwise $10.
  • Express Shipping: $20 with estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.

International shipping rates

  • New Zealand: $25
  • USA & Canada: $35
  • UK & Europe: $40
  • Asia Pacific: $30

Returns

30-day return policy

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to inspection.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required.
  • Returns must be initiated within the policy window.

How to initiate a return

Warranty

12-month manufacturing warranty

Sanyata provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What is covered

  • Faulty clasps, settings, or structural workmanship issues.
  • Manufacturing defects identified under normal wear.

What is not covered

  • General wear and tear, scratches, or accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper care.
  • Repairs or modifications completed by third-party jewellers.

Lifetime cleaning service

We offer a complimentary lifetime cleaning service to help keep your Sanyata jewellery looking radiant.
